The temperate climate of our canyons between two to six miles from the Pacific Ocean allow the avocados to produce high oil content. The Hass variety can hang on the tree for up to two years. We have relationships with these local farmers going back for decades. Farm to table is our goal. We eliminate the many layers of unnecessary steps currently used by grocery stores today.
